The Difference You Made: 2025 Accomplishments

Through local staff, visiting mission teams, and donor support, El Ayudante’s outreach reached deep into León’s most vulnerable communities, including Marañonal, the Rubén Darío neighborhood, and Los Poetas:
- Community Nutrition: 370 food blessing bags delivered to families; 110 children fed daily at both Rubén Darío and Marañonal schools; 175 children fed every Sunday at Marañonal Church.
- Clean Water & Health: 97 household water filters distributed; 195 hygiene kits provided; 700 patients treated by medical teams; 400 animals treated by veterinary volunteers.
- Homes & Sanitation: 4 new homes constructed (with land secured) and 4 sanitary latrines built.
- Education & Schools: Full school supplies provided for all HCN students; 4 local classrooms painted; campus playground renovated with new equipment.
- Family Sustainability: Distributed 852 fruit trees and delivered 1,275 baby chicks with feed to establish home businesses and sustainable food sources.
- Missionary Presence: Hosted 147 short-term missionaries throughout 2025.
