Back in 2006, my wife and I fell in love with three sisters. These girls became our family, our “firstborn children.” When our son and daughter were born in 2009 & 2014, they celebrated with us. When they graduated, got married, got a job, or reached any other milestone, we celebrated with them. Jointly with another couple, we have formed a rather non-traditional family, but we can’t imagine life any other way.
