When Can We Come?
Teams come year-round, with trips customized to fit your group’s schedule.
Most trips run 7–10 days and can be scheduled throughout the year. Popular windows include school breaks (spring, summer, and winter), but we work with groups to find dates that fit their calendar.
Because our campus and local team support a limited number of teams at a time, we recommend reaching out as early as possible — ideally several months ahead — to lock in your preferred dates.
